At Share Utility, utility redistribution is the core of our mission, transforming excess into access for over two decades. We collect unused yet usable household and institutional items and channel them to those who lack basic necessities.
Donations include clothing, blankets, books, furniture, utensils, medical equipment, school supplies, and working electronics. Every item is carefully sorted, cleaned, repaired if needed, and systematically recorded.
Through an organized inventory system, materials are redistributed with dignity to verified beneficiaries in villages, urban slums, railway platforms, and disaster-affected areas.
Manobik Jana Bazar is an innovative initiative designed like a shopping mall wrapped in humanity — a dignified marketplace where collected unused, gently used, and usable essential items are carefully arranged for distribution.
Clothes, food items, books, vegetables, household essentials, and other necessary utilities are organized systematically. Instead of traditional donation methods, we create a respectful environment where selected needy individuals can choose the items they require according to their own needs.
This initiative restores dignity by transforming charity into choice.
At Share Utility, relief work is built on preparedness, dignity, and long-term responsibility. We leverage our grassroots network to provide timely, organized support tailored to the specific needs of affected communities.
We actively distribute rice, pulses, and vegetable kits, even reaching submerged areas by boat to serve the stranded. Beyond food, we provide clothing, blankets, and hygiene essentials like water purification tablets and ORS.
By setting up medical camps and providing tarpaulins for shelter, we address both health and housing crises during natural disasters.
Recognizing the emergence of new health challenges during COVID-19, we integrated nature-based healing approaches alongside our core utility distribution services. These affordable and accessible methods were designed to strengthen immunity and promote a holistic, natural lifestyle.
In 2022, we embarked on a historic 77-day cycle journey across 23 districts of West Bengal, visiting over 100 schools, conducting yoga training sessions and spreading vital messages of social awareness and natural living.
We are dedicated to restoring the lives of the destitute and those abandoned on the streets by providing the care and love they need to feel a sense of belonging again. Our team acts as a beacon of hope for people left to die in anonymity.
Beyond providing emotional support, we are committed to the mission of zero hunger by reaching the most remote villages and underserved areas with essential food supplies.
By donating high-quality food kits and daily rations, we strive to build a healthier future where every individual has access to life-sustaining meals.
Since 2015, we have been dedicated to making the festive season special for underprivileged elders through our gift and excursion programs. We believe that a small collective effort can bring immense joy and a sense of belonging back into their lives.
From 2015 to 2024, our initiative has focused on distributing new clothes to ensure that every senior can participate in celebrations with dignity and pride.
Beyond material gifts, we organize "Joyful Journeys" or pleasure trips, taking them to various festive venues and cultural sites to break the monotony of their daily lives.
